Hey everyone,
If you've got an open LLC or business the IRS and FinCen are requiring a to file a BOI report. If you opened the business before 01/01/24 you have until 01/01/2025 to file it. If you opened it in 2024 you have 90 days from registering it to file the report. Failure to file on time is a $500 a day fine. If you need help I can file them for you for $100.
