July 1st marks 10 years since we made the transition to become a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA).
While the designation became official a decade ago, the principle behind it started long before that—we’ve always believed in operating as a fiduciary, putting our clients’ best interests first.
Becoming an RIA formalized that commitment, giving us the independence and structure to serve our clients with greater transparency and objectivity.
Ten years later, that mission hasn’t changed—and it continues to guide everything we do.
We are grateful for the trust our clients have placed in us over the years and excited for what’s ahead.

We were proud to support Sustainable Stillwater MN’s 4th Annual Valley Eco Fair, which welcomed more than 750 attendees for a record-breaking celebration of sustainability, community, and action. Through B&D’s matching donation, we helped them towards their goal to raise $10,000 to support local EV charging infrastructure.
This organization is especially meaningful—Sabrina is deeply involved, and we’re always looking for ways to support nonprofit organizations that matter to our employees and clients.
