This “Meet the Team” post highlights one of Compass Financial’s Founders and Managing Partners. Brad Prewitt has had a hand in shaping Compass Financial into what it is today.

Brad Prewitt has been serving in the financial industry since 1999, bringing over 2 decades of experience and insight into his work. He holds FINRA Series 7, 63, and 66 securities registrations through Commonwealth Financial Network. As a financial Adviser, Brad brings a commitment to building lasting relationships with those he serves.

Outside of the office, Brad and his wife, Nealie, have been married since 1998 and are proud parents of two sons. As a family, they are actively involved in supporting the special needs community. When he’s not working, Brad enjoys hitting the golf course and spending time outdoors whenever he can.

We’re continuing our “Meet the Team” series—highlighting the individuals who keep Compass Financial running smoothly.

Next up we have Hannah Wilson.

Hannah Wilson began her professional career in 2019 as an engineer with John Deere. After spending six years working full time in Iowa, she relocated to the St. Charles area in 2025 and transitioned into the financial industry. She became quickly dedicated to learning and growing in the field and Hannah now holds her FINRA Series 7 and 66 securities registrations through Commonwealth Financial Network and is a Registered Investment Associate in the office.

Outside of the office, Hannah and her husband, Jesse, welcomed their first child in February 2026. Between caring for their newborn and their two fur babies, she stays busy and enjoys every moment of family life.

Kicking things off with Baylor, our Summer Intern!

Baylor Prewitt started his professional career in 2020, working for various fabrication companies to master the trade of welding. He has since advanced into an instructor role, sharing his knowledge with students at St. Charles Community College and the Lewis and Clark Career Center. Baylor is passionate about helping others learn and succeed through practical, hands-on skills.

Outside of the office, Baylor recently celebrated getting married and is excited to be starting this next chapter alongside his wife, Sierra, and their dog, Willow.
