Estimated Tax Payments for Q2 Due today!
Here are some notes to pay that successfully:
- Log in to your IRS.gov account or go to https://www.irs.gov/payments
- Make the payment under the spouse that is listed first (if filed jointly)
- Save your confirmation and send it to your tax preparer!
- Making your estimated tax payments on time will save you from penalties and interest
-Fun fact: If you wait until the 4th quarter to pay all your estimated tax payments, you could still pay penalties since timing matters to the IRS! (Okay, that was a not-so-fun fact)
- This is also a great time to check and adjust your job withholding if you owed more than expected for 2025 or got too big of a refund.

Riverbend CPA is continuing to grow, thanks to amazing clients!
I am looking to hire a part-time bookkeeper/office assistant. This position is only a few hours a week with potential for more as the business grows. It is an in-person position (St Robert) with the tons of flexibility. No experience needed but more experience = higher pay in the range of $17-25 an hour. Organizational skills and quickbooks experience are a plus. Also, happy to throw in some mentoring for those looking to become an EA or CPA or other entrepreneurs that want to know how to do their books.
