Albert Einstein seemed to understand the importance of value over success.
How many times have we been told, coached or received feedback that success is the ultimate goal? Organizations have become addicted to success at any costs. Employees are afraid to experiment for being called out if they are unsuccessful. Organizations have not yet understood the great disruption and that there is more power in moving to delivering value and allowing their employees to be of value. Organizations are more interested in quantity vs quality and believe pushing out product, or pushing services is the measure of success. Instead it is the value that they provide to consumers that differentiate them from their competitors and help them adopt to the 21st century marketplace.
