CURRY & Associates

CURRY & Associates Curry & Associates (CA) offers expert advice and services in the field of expat tax preparation. No case is too complex. Founded in 2013, Curry & Associates strives to provide expats with tax services of the highest caliber.

Our core team is composed of two CPAs and an enrolled agent (EA) with more than 45 years of experience in tax, corporate finance, accounting, budgeting, and investing. Down to earth, straightforward, and well versed in the intricacies of the U.S. tax code, we see to it that our clients remain in full compliance with IRS regulations while paying the minimum tax the law requires. Expat tax preparation is a unique and challenging field. We are not H&R Block, nor are we a typical U.S.-based tax firm. With expats, there is no cookie-cutter tax work. Each client and every situation is unique. We carry our clients through the process from start to finish, engaging in the behind-the-scenes research, consultation, and debate necessary to provide solutions for even the most complicated tax issues. With clients located across four continents, we bring insight to the expat tax preparation process which few firms can offer. We work exclusively with individual expats and their small to mid-size businesses. Our services include: *Basic state and federal tax preparation and filing *Prior year filing for late filers and non-filers *Aid in negotiations with the IRS, including offers in compromise (Form 656) *Compliance reporting (FBAR and FATCA forms) *Tax preparation and filing for controlled foreign corporations (CFCs) and foreign partnerships (CFPs) *Citizenship renunciation and exit tax reporting (Form 8854) *Offshore asset disclosure reporting (OVDP)
