Karina’s journey with our team is such a special one. She first joined us in 2016 as a college intern, went on to pursue other opportunities, came back as a client… and ultimately found her way back home to us again in 2022. And that’s because this is where she belongs!

Karina is more than her title. She is the glue of this office! As our Director of Growth & Culture, she helps shape the heart of our team — making people feel seen, supported, and believed in. She has played a huge role in growing a winning team while spreading positivity throughout our office and in the community. She brings a kind of energy you can’t teach- the kind that lifts people up on hard days and celebrates them on their best days.🍻✨
