Couldn't sleep last night, felt there was much to be done. Even if becoming the best at this stage seems far-fetched, it is still an attainable goal and will provide a plausible solution to a man on the quest to conquer himself. I all a mindset.

How many of us have used a polished exterior to hide the disgusting interior?
Like a homeless driving a , but living paycheck to paycheck, and can't afford to rent an apartment!

Your car should never be more than 5% of your total assets.

This is why, my first financial planning meeting always starts with - after our INTRODUCTION of course- A BALANCE SHEET of the individual, we need to list all the assets, a tedious task most won't have the focus to complete but a financial advisor current situation analysis tool.

Some things are best handled by those with specific training.

Most friends I know have tremendous careers, making over $100k/year. What is more compelling is the fact that they have no real plan in place to ensure they retire securely. What would it take to convince them to talk to a financial advisor? A financial advisor will streamline any process you have in place and coach you in retiring like a boss. When an individual tells me; "I have a plan" and I ask them what plan do you have, they seem to hesitate. To take the guesswork out, make sure you talk to a highly qualified FINANCIAL ADVISOR, using to make sure he is legit and can provide you the expertise required. Even if you won't talk to me, I can guide you to a well-qualified fiduciary, who will put your best interest in the forefront. don't be shy, reach out. Believe me, it costs nothing to put your children, wife, and husband in a safe wavelength. Whether you decide to make a move or not, others are, and it's making a great impact in their lives.

I feel really back when to see all those friends and acquaintances dying for not having an LTC, Financial plan, and estate planning in place when all it requires is time.

When you spend a great deal of time researching and building a financial foundation for others, that knowledge doesn't just benefit them, it simply removes the cap on your achievements.

If you plan to start a family, plan for a legacy. Imagine bringing children into this world and leaving them with your debt rather than a legacy. I don't think that's cool.

2019 is a critical year for OBSURB. It supposed to be 2018 but we missed out on our objectives and we get to give it another try in 2019 in our way to the 5 years projections we highlighted in 2015. Things are quite interesting as we doing our best to be at the finishing line when the year 2020 ends.
