The version of you that built your business and the version it needs right now are not the same person. It's not a criticism. It's just the next chapter, and most founders don't see it coming.

This is for you if decisions that used to take minutes now take weeks, your team has stopped bringing you new ideas, or you miss the version of the company that fit in one room.

On May 26th, we'll talk about where you actually are in your business maturity, what the shift from founder to architect really looks like, and how to restructure without starting over. We'll also get into the part nobody talks about - the grief that comes with growing past a version of your business you worked incredibly hard to build.

Growth sounds exciting until you realize it asks you to change too.

Here’s something I say to founders all the time: The operational side of growth is usually straightforward. You can build the model, restructure the team, adjust the strategy.

The harder part is what it asks of you personally. Sometimes growth means stepping away from work you used to love. Sometimes it means changing roles inside your own company. Sometimes it means admitting the business needs something different from you now than it did in the beginning.

The business you built in the beginning may need something different from you at the next level. Your business is evolving, and you are too. You can be proud of what you built and still know it’s time for the next version.

If you’re navigating that kind of transition right now, I think this conversation will resonate with you.

I don’t bring this up often, but it belongs in this conversation.

In 2020, I was diagnosed with cancer. Thankfully, it was caught early. I was one of the lucky ones, and I don’t want to overstate what I went through.

But even a close call with something like that makes you stop and ask what you’re actually doing with your time. What you’re doing it for.

For me, the answer became very simple and very specific. I wanted to give back. Not in an abstract way, but to the people right in front of me. Business owners in my community who were working incredibly hard but couldn’t quite see the full picture. Founders who had outgrown their original model but didn’t have anyone to help them navigate that.

That clarity is a big part of what drives the work I do at CCG, and it’s a big part of why this webinar matters to me personally.

There have been several moments in my business where I had to look at something that was working, really working, and let it go anyway.

The hourly model that felt safe. The meetings I kept saying yes to. The partnerships I held on to longer than I should have.

Those decisions were right at the time and I stand by them. But they weren't right for the new phase of the business.

Each step I've taken has changed my business. And I'm genuinely proud of that, even the steps that were uncomfortable.

I'm hosting a conversation about exactly this on May 26th, and I'd love for you to be there. Details coming soon.

Revenue is up. So why is the bank account still tight? It’s the great lie of business growth: "If I just get more clients, everything will get easier."
But for mid-sized owners, more clients often just means more overhead and more fires. If your growth feels like "running up a down escalator," you don’t have a sales problem—you have a business model problem.
Most owners try to run a multi-million dollar company on a "startup" structural foundation. In this session, we’re showing you how to fix the plumbing.

What we’ll uncover:

- The Scalability Trap: Why businesses often become less profitable as they grow.

- The 3 Silent Leaks: Identifying exactly where cash is getting stuck in your operations.

- Pricing for Freedom: Moving from "firefighting" to predictable breathing room.

- The CFO Framework: How to make confident decisions without a finance degree.

Is this for you?

If you’re doing $1M–$10M in revenue but your "take-home" hasn't moved in a year, you’re exactly who we built this for.

Stop chasing more clients. Start building a better model.

Growing revenue and a full calendar, but the business feels stuck. That's not a hustle problem—it's a structure problem.

When the foundation is weak, more activity creates chaos, tight cash, and reactive decisions. Growth always feels one step ahead of you.

We built Continuum CFO Group (CCG) to specifically fix this. We combine financial clarity and smarter structure to create a clear path to your goals. Same people, same approach, but with a name that matches our work.

If your business is busy but not truly moving, this is for you.

Be honest in the comments: Busy but not moving? Or are you genuinely making progress?
