Good Morning. Waiting to see what these FEDs👮‍♂️are going to do with the interest rates to curve this inflation.

Early indicators show that it’s impacting consumer spending 💸, which was not shown to have been impacted in Q1 of this year. We are in a bear market 🐻, meaning investor outlook is not positive at this time. It’s not official yet, but we’re probably most likely in a recession 📉.

Prices for homes are not going to come down. The rate of appreciation will slow down from 30-->15% year over year increase, but housing prices are definitely not going to crash like in 2008.

The best YOU can hope to wait for will be a cool'd down housing Seller's market. But there are other factors you've got to consider when making the decision to buy a home in today's market...

TODAY, happy to share 🎉 that & I (.isaac777) sold one of our investment properties at a profit and we made some 💰We plan to 100% of those proceeds into other 🏘 deals here in the near future.
I’m very fortunate🍀 to have found the right partner in life who helps me build. Not only do I feel that my wifey completes me, but she often encourages and helps me to grow. More than half the sh*t💩 I’ve accomplished in life can be attributed to the awesome love and support my wife gives me. When I was deployed 🪖(Iraq x 2), she held it down at home🏡 for our familia. While I was in school (earning my degree👨🏽‍🎓), she went to work everyday to support the family as the main breadwinner🥖. When opportunities presented themselves to secure our families👨‍👧👩‍👦‍👦 future, she’s never hesitated to leverage them. I couldn’t have asked for a better wife!
She not only balances⚖️ me or keeps me grounded, she’s an extension of everything that I’m not (and that I aspire to be more like). Her kind heart ❤️is unmatched and her love, for herself and others, is truly unconditional. I’m truly . Everyone, please pray 🙏 that God blesses her for choosing me as her husband 😂.
As a , there is in our love💕 and in our ability to build for ourselves and for others. So much that we’ve been called a by a few people🤗 (which absolutely humbles us). Our hope is that we continue live up to that title and that we can inspire & others to achieve success in their own financial journeys.

In October 2021, as a founder, I was selected to participate in Breaking Barriers in Entrepreneurship workshop series as an underrepresented, veteran business owner. Over the course of 8 weeks, I worked with expert trainers in marketing, sales, accounting, and etc. to learn valuable lessons to take my business(es) to the next level.
Thanks to that program, it has not only given insightful lessons that I’ve applied to my business, but has also opened the door to other awesome opportunities!
Not only am I proud of the accomplishments I’ve made to push this venture forward, but I hope to share the importance of investing in your own education for growth and every step forward is a step in the right direction (no matter how big or small it is). Keep moving forward!

To achieve your goals and success en tu vida, you’re first going to have to Believe.
Once you truly Believe in what you are doing and in your abilities to do it, you’ll find yourself creating the necessary plans, putting in the work, and making the progress you seek for your success.
Belief is infectious and it attracts others who want to see you succeed. When others start to see you Believe in yourself, with all of your heart, mind, body, and soul, you then turn them into believers. This is important as we’ll often need to lean on others (familia, supporters, investors, employees, etc.) to help us on our way towards success.
Success starts with Belief, so it’s time to start believing!
