Across disciplines, Darion Allen finds comfort in community & success in excellence. Born and raised in Watts, California, Darion holds a deep appreciation for cultural diversity, allowing him to build affinity in places both near and far. A POSSE Scholar, he attended the University of Wisconsin–Madison, earning two B.S. degrees in Personal Finance and Film-making.

Hugh’s path to becoming a financial advisor was shaped by years of helping clients make important financial decisions. He began his career in insurance, where he learned the importance of protecting individuals and families from potential unexpected risks. He then transitioned into mortgage lending, guiding clients through one of the most significant financial commitments of their lives: homeownership.
These experiences provided a strong foundation in risk management, debt planning, and wealth-building strategies. As his passion for helping people achieve towards (or on the path to) long-term financial success grew, he moved into private wealth management.
