Zero Tolerance Policy for Scam, Fraud, and Abusive Conduct
1. Purpose
CKYFS Inc. is a legitimate tax, accounting, and financial services firm. We are committed to operating with integrity, transparency, and full compliance with applicable laws and professional standards.
To protect our clients, partners, and brand, CKYFS Inc. maintains a zero tolerance policy toward scams, fraud, harassment, and any deceptive or abusive behavior directed at or conducted through our business and related platforms, including CKYFS Magazine.

2. Scope
This policy applies to:
• All clients and prospective clients
• Vendors, advertisers, and collaborators
• Online contacts and social media interactions (including but not limited to email, phone, text, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Threads)
• Any individual or entity interacting with CKYFS Inc. or CKYFS Magazine in a business or promotional capacity

• Refuse to participate in, promote, or facilitate any fraudulent, misleading, or illegal schemes.

4. Prohibited Conduct
The following behaviors are strictly prohibited and will trigger immediate action:
1. Scams and Fraudulent Activity
• Misrepresentation of identity, credentials, or affiliation
• Attempts to obtain money, personal information, or access under false pretenses
• Fake job offers, fake investment opportunities, or “too good to be true” schemes using CKYFS Inc. or CKYFS Magazine name
• Use of our platforms or brand to target others with scams
2. Impersonation and Misuse of Brand
• Creating accounts, profiles, emails, or messages pretending to be CKYFS Inc., CKYFS Magazine, or any representative
• Unauthorized use of our name, logo, or content to legitimize scams or solicitations
3. Harassment and Inappropriate Contact
• Sending pornographic, sexually explicit, or obscene material to any CKYFS channel
• Repeated unsolicited messages, threats, or harassment
• Any attempt to intimidate, coerce, or manipulate CKYFS staff, clients, or contributors
4. Dishonest Engagement with Services
• Providing intentionally false information to obtain services, tax advantages, or financial benefits
• Pressuring CKYFS Inc. to participate in dishonest reporting, tax evasion, money laundering, or other illegal activities

5. Consequences & Enforcement
CKYFS Inc. has zero tolerance for anyone who dares to violate this policy. Depending on the situation, we may:
• Immediately terminate communication and engagement
• Block and report offending accounts on all relevant platforms
• Refuse or terminate services, including client or advertising relationships
• Notify financial institutions or platforms affected
• Report incidents to law enforcement, regulatory agencies, or professional bodies
• Preserve records of all communications for evidentiary purposes
These actions may be taken without further notice when we deem it necessary to protect our business, clients, and reputation.

6. Client & Partner Responsibility
We expect all clients, partners, and collaborators to:
• Communicate honestly and respectfully
• Provide accurate, truthful information in all engagements
• Refrain from forwarding, endorsing, or participating in scams involving CKYFS Inc. or CKYFS Magazine
• Inform us promptly if they suspect that our name, logo, or reputation is being used in a suspicious or fraudulent way

7. Reporting Suspicious Activity
If you receive a message, offer, or request that appears to be from CKYFS Inc. or CKYFS Magazine and something feels “off,” or if you observe any behavior that may violate this policy, please report it immediately to:
