Prior to joining KBC, Jacob was a seasoned associate with a global public accounting firm. He specialized in digital assurance and the connection between companies and their data. Drawn to the opportunity to support start-ups at various growth stages, Jacob found his place at KBC in May 2021. He has carved out a knack for dedicated process improvements by incorporating technology and tools on each engagement.

February 28th is a crucial date for several corporate tax filings. Here's what you need to know:

📊 Form 1120 (Corporate Tax Return) prep time! If you haven't heard from your tax team, reach out ASAP for a data request list.

📑 Forms due if paper filing (March 31 if e-filing):
- Form 3921
- Forms 1094-B, 1094-C (if applicable)
- Forms 1095-B, 1095-C (if applicable)
- Forms 1096, 1099-MISC, 1099-K

🏥 Health insurance forms may be handled by your insurance company unless you're self-insured.
📌 Remember: Form 1095-B/C copies due to recipients by March 2!
⏰ Need more time? File Form 8809 for a 30-day extension on select forms.
