ICE Rewrites Enforcement Guidance for I-9 Form Violations

Employers should be aware the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency (ICE) recently updated the I-9 Inspection Enforcement Guidance fact sheet, identifying new substantive errors that were previously considered technical violations.
