Seit 1998 bin ich selbständig in der Immobilienbranche tätig und betrieb in Deutschland eine Makler- Projekt- und Immobilienbewertungsfirma. 2004 wurde die Maklerfirma mit dem Qualitätszertifikat des IVD (Immobilienverband Deutschland) ausgezeichnet. 2011 begann ich mich aus dem fachlich-kritischen Blickwinkel eines Gutachters mit dem Immobilienmarkt in Florida zu beschäftigen. lgreichen Investitionen in Sarasota, die mich schließlich veranlaßten 2013 in den "Sunshine State" zu ziehen. Ich bin in Florida als selbständiger, lizensierter Makler (REALTOR) unter dem Dach von "Premier Sotheby´s International Realty" tätig und im Verbund mit "Sothebys Realty" an ein weltweites Filialnetzwerk angeschlossen. Meine Ehefrau, Sandra Appignani, ist auch im Berufsleben meine Partnerin. Sie startete ihre Immobilienkarriere 1986 in Ihrer Heimatstadt New York und zog 1989 an die Golfküste Floridas.
