We are working but our office is closed to the public on Tuesdays. You may still receive phone calls/messages from us but the door is locked.

Helpful information for signing Engagement Letters in a joint TaxDome account:

* Each person needs their own account with their own email address to log in

* You must sign into your own account with your email address and only sign your name

* If the wrong name auto-populates in the signature field, click to change it

AS ALWAYS - TaxDome is a tool not a requirement. The paper organizer is always available as an option

If you will be receiving a Social Security Statement this January and would like a paper copy mailed to you, the first step is setting up an ID.me account.

You will need access to:
📧 Your email inbox
🆔 A government-issued photo ID
📱 A smartphone

1) Go to www.id.me
2) Click Create an ID.me account
3) Enter your email address and create a password
4) Verify your email
5) Upload a photo ID (driver’s license or passport)
6) Take a selfie to confirm your identity

⚠️ The Social Security Administration is no longer automatically mailing statements in January. With an ID.me account, you can log into the SSA website and change your preference from online notices to mailed statements.

If any of our clients would like assistance, we are scheduling appointments free of charge. We encourage clients who would like help to schedule as soon as possible to prevent delays in receiving their statement.

We are also offering this assistance to non-clients for a small fee.

We would like to remind clients that as we move toward the end of the year, all registered businesses and nonprofits are due to renew their filing with Minnesota by December 31, 2025. Minnesota is one of only ten states that offer free annual renewal filings. You can complete the process at any time during the year, so there’s no need to wait until the deadline.

We’re still the same trusted team, Diane St. Sauver and Christie Szabla and our wonderful staff. We are committed to providing the same personalized tax and accounting services you’ve come to rely on. The only change is our name!

This update was made to meet Minnesota’s requirements for filing as a licensed CPA firm.

Hello everyone! We are hitting the final stretch of tax season, so this is a reminder to bring in your tax documents if you haven't, pick up your finished tax return, and grab some Girl Scout Cookies from your local troop before April 15th!

As a reminder, our hours are M, W, Th, F from 9am to 6pm, and Sat from 10am to 3pm. Closed Tuesdays and Sundays.

After April 15th, we will be out of office. Our off season hours of only being opened on Tuesday will resume May 6th. Our off season hours on Tuesdays will be 9am to 3pm.
