COVID-19 Update: A Message About Coronavirus from CEO Alan Ferber
At Jackson Hewitt, the health and safety of our clients, Tax Pros, and communities is of the utmost importance
We have been monitoring the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and, like you, are seeing how it has and will continue to impact our lives in the weeks and months to come.
Throughout this rapidly changing situation, we will continue to be here to serve you while following guidance from local, national, and world health officials.
At this time, the IRS continues to accept returns and most of our stores are open and are ready to file your taxes. We are taking additional precautions to ensure locations are clean and safe for clients and Tax Pros to meet. Rest assured that if we have to temporarily close a location, we will contact you. We also have alternative options for you to file tax returns should you be concerned about or unable to come into an office.
File in Store – Most of our nearly 6,000 locations nationwide, including 3,000 Walmart locations, are open and Tax Pros are ready to file your return.
Drop-off Documents – Get a personalized checklist of documents, drop them off at an office, and come back in at your convenience to review and complete your return.
Upload to MyJH – Upload your tax documents, have your Tax Pro prepare your return, and, when ready, come into the office to review and sign.
Jackson Hewitt Tax Pro From Home –Upload your documents remotely, talk with a Tax Pro, and complete your filing from anywhere, including from the comfort of your own home.
