Bill Rabold is a Senior Mortgage Banker and the head of the "By Referral Only" team at Waterstone Mortgage in Gilbert, Arizona with almost 25 years of experience in the mortgage industry. I was born in the suburbs of Chicago, IL and attended University of Illinois in Champaign before transferring to and graduating from the WP Carey school of business at Arizona State University. I am fortunate to

have been in the residential mortgage business since 1995. While most “traditional mortgage salespeople” spend the majority of their time constantly advertising and marketing to get another “deal,” we instead dedicate that time to working with the clients we already have. With so many changes in our business over the last few years, you need someone who is focused on your transaction and can adapt to whatever may come up. All of our business comes by referral from repeat clients and referrals from clients and our business partners which include Realtors, financial advisors, accountants, and attorneys. When not working, my hobbies include golfing, watching the Chicago Cubs, reading, and spending time with family.
