2) Debt Recap - kleiner Auszahlungsbetrag, kaum Verwässerung, du gibst fast keine Kontrolle ab.

🤔 You don’t need more leads.
You need a better way to handle the leads you’re already paying for.

🏃‍♀️ If you’re like most busy business owners, the problem usually isn’t that opportunities aren’t coming in. It’s that they’re coming in faster than you can respond to them.💨

By the time you finish a meeting, show a property, jump on a call, or get pulled into the day-to-day, that lead has already gone cold. And in a market where speed matters, that delay is expensive. Not just in missed conversations - in missed revenue.

What most people don’t realize is that the leak isn’t always at the top of the funnel:
• Sometimes the leak is in follow-up.
• Sometimes it’s in response time.
• Sometimes it’s in the fact that good leads are sitting untouched while you’re busy doing the actual work of running the business.

That’s the part that hurts.
Because you’re already spending money to get those leads.
You’re already paying for the ads, the visibility, the effort, the attention. So when leads go unanswered, you’re not just losing opportunities. You’re wasting the money you already spent to generate them.

💡 That’s where the fix starts:
• Not with more volume.
• Not with more complexity.

Just with making sure every lead gets a fast response, stays engaged, and moves toward a booked appointment without depending on you to catch every single one in real time.

This lowers stress levels, gives you back time, and peace of mind when out on location resting sure your automation is catching all your leads and following up all the way to closing.

It protects the money you’re already putting into marketing. And it closes the gap between interest and action - before someone else gets there first.

How would your life change if you got only one more closed deal per month - with less work?!?

Hey ,

If you’re a realtor, I’d love to hop on a quick video call about cutting down the repetitive, time-draining work that keeps you from focusing on what actually drives deals.

A lot of agents are buried in follow-ups, admin work, and back-and-forth that adds up fast.

Kenneth Alan Breeze and I are exploring ways to simplify that process so you can save time, reduce friction, and close more business with less stress using AI-supported workflow automations.

We’re seeing strong early results with our beta clients, with some adding one or two extra deals per month.

We’d love to share these opportunities with you too: helping cut down the drudgery and create more deal flow at the same time.

If that sounds interesting, let’s find a time this week that works for both of us. I’d be happy to send over my scheduler.

Cheers, Kenneth Breeze

🤷‍♂️ "The customer is always right" is terrible business advice.

Before you grab your pitchfork...

Hear me out.

If you're constantly trying to convince people to buy something they don't already value...

You're talking to the wrong customers. The answer isn't always to improve the product. Or lower the price. Or spend more on advertising. Sometimes the smartest move is to stop chasing people who don't care - and start finding the people who already do.

That's not giving up. That's strategy.

I worked through this exact challenge with an organic orange grower in Spain, and it reminded me of a lesson every entrepreneur eventually learns:

• Quality earns repeat business.
• Positioning earns the first sale.

I unpack the whole story - and the practical lessons - in my article.

🔗 Give it a read (link in the comments below 👇️ ), then let me know whether you agree... or think I've completely lost the plot.

Your Product Isn't Failing. Your Strategy Is.

That statement will annoy some people.

Good.

Because too many business owners are obsessed with making their product better while completely ignoring how people actually buy.

Here's an uncomfortable truth...

The world's best product doesn't automatically become the world's best-selling product. Quality matters. But quality isn't what creates demand.

Customers buy what's easy to trust.
Easy to understand.
Easy to buy.

The businesses that scale aren't always the ones with the best products. They're the ones with the clearest positioning and the smartest business model.

If you've ever caught yourself thinking:

👉 "If people would just try it..."

👉 "My competitors aren't as good as I am..."

👉 "Maybe I need to lower my prices..."
..then this article is for you.

I share the story of one of my clients, an organic orange grower in Spain that perfectly illustrates why so many great businesses struggle to grow - and what to do instead.

🤔 The evening ritual that fixed my mornings ☀️

Evening routines matter just as much as mornings - especially when you’re trying to stay consistent.

📝 The last work-related thing I do after a day of 1–2 coaching or consulting sessions is capture a few content ideas to explore for my next newsletter articles and posts.

🎶 Then I turn on some smooth jazz or chill lounge music 🎧 over a cool glass of rosé (white/red are too acidic). It's a ritual that helps me ooze out and unplug.🍷

🏖️ Depending on my mood and what city I'm in, after a light, no-carb, dinner, I reflect while strolling along the waterfront, canals, or beach. On my way back, I listen to an audio-summary book on a topic I want to explore or preps me for tomorrow's next client session.

This rhythm helps me sleep better and show up stronger the next day.

How do you end your day? 😏

💸 A lot of deals don’t get funded - not because they’re bad, but because they’re not structured correctly.

🤔 What I'm seeing right now:

• Good opportunities getting passed around with no clear capital fit
• Founders unsure whether they need debt, equity, or a hybrid
• Investors seeing deals that aren’t positioned to close

🧐 What I focus on is simple:
Structuring opportunities properly and placing them with aligned private capital.

If you’re sitting on a deal that needs funding - or you’re unsure how to position it - feel free to reach out. Happy to take a look and point you in the right direction.

The myth? You need to be an expert before you start.

Truth? That’s just an excuse for people who’d rather stay invisible or hold others back.

Myth: You need years of experience before you put yourself out there.

Truth: I started with zero experience in real estate, eCommerce, land acquisitions, developments, coaching, consulting, and creative financing with private debt and equity capital - then learned by doing.

Why it matters: You can wait until you feel ready, or you can do the work. Only one of those gets results.

What helps is finding a mentor or coach who can build your courage and confidence, get you started faster, and shorten the time it takes to make progress and succeed.
