HB 567 has been passed by the MO legislature to repeal the paid sick leave provision of Prop A. Assuming the governor signs this bill, it becomes effective August 28, 2025. Until then, employers must continue to comply with Prop A.

BOI reporting under the Corporate Transparency Act is suspended, again. Yesterday, the 5th circuit renewed the injunction against having to file this report.

Must wait on the courts to issue a final ruling on this, likely by the Supreme Court.

BOI reporting under the Corporate Transparency Act is now a requirement again. The federal injunction frim TX has been overturned on appeal.
