🎉🎂 Happy 60th Birthday to the Boss! 🎂🎉

We're celebrating a couple of days early today since the birthday boy is taking Friday off before officially joining the 60 club on Saturday!

As the saying goes, "You don't stop laughing when you grow old, you grow old when you stop laughing." So we're doing our part to keep you young! 😄

Now, we know turning 60 sounds old... but don't worry. At 60, you're not old, you're a classic edition. Like a vintage truck: a little harder to start in the morning, makes some interesting noises, but still gets the job done! 🚛😂

Thank you for your leadership, wisdom, patience, and for pretending not to notice when the rest of us are avoiding work. We hope your birthday weekend is filled with family, friends, cake, and plenty of reminders that 60 is the new 40... according to people who are 60. 😆

We’re excited to introduce one of the newest members of our team — Blaine Cope!
Blaine was born and raised in Pottawatomie County and is proud of his local roots. He grew up attending Macomb Public Schools, where he balanced academics with a love for agriculture and athletics. Blaine showed swine through 4-H and FFA and also played basketball, giving him a strong foundation in leadership, responsibility, and teamwork.

Dedicated to furthering his education, Blaine earned his Master of Accounting degree at Oklahoma State University in Stillwater and is currently pursuing his CPA license. We’re thrilled to have someone so driven and community-centered on our team!

Help us welcome Blaine — we’re lucky to have him! 👏

Kahlua brings with her a strong sense of connection and community, shaped by her upbringing on a farm in Somerset, Ohio. Her roots run deep, and she carries those values of loyalty, hard work, and genuine care into everything she does.
Family is at the center of Kahlua’s world, and it shows in the way she approaches both life and work with heart, dedication, and a passion for building lasting relationships. She’s also celebrating an exciting season of life as a proud “Lulu” to her new grandbaby, with even more joy on the way as her family continues to grow!
When she’s not spending time with her loved ones, you can usually find Kahlua enjoying a good book something we’re sure she balances just as well as everything else she does.
