Last night, we had a client meeting after hours. The clients brought their two young kids along.

At some point, their daughter quietly left a handwritten note on one of our desks that said, “you rock!”

No prompting. No reason. Just kindness.

It was a simple reminder that encouragement doesn’t have to be complicated. It can be small and still mean a lot.

We’re grateful not just for the work we get to do, but for the people we get to do it with. We’re lucky to have clients like this.

A good reminder for all of us that a few kind words can go a long way.
