Another members Annual meeting completed. Voted by members -approved to put 75k in ladder CD'S, and 25k in a money market account, all with Edward Jones.
Voted in for Treasurer is Judi Dugan #37. And Chuck Roux was voted in for another 2 year term. Congratulations to both.

🚧 Road Improvement Project Coming to SR 260 🚧

The Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) will begin a pavement rehabilitation project on SR 260 between Linden and the intersection of US 60/SR 260 (Deuce of Clubs & Clark Road), with work anticipated to start the week of July 6.

This important project will improve the roadway and add enhancements including sidewalks, guardrail improvements, and rumble strips along the corridor.

⚠️ What drivers can expect:
• Overnight lane restrictions with alternating traffic
• Flaggers and pilot cars guiding vehicles through work zones
• Occasional delays and frequent stops
• Access to businesses and residences will be maintained

We encourage our members, residents, and visitors to plan ahead and stay informed as construction gets underway.
