URGENT NOTICE!! We have received calls from clients about a company called CPS that is sending out notices to LLC owners. This notice states you must pay them a fee of $160.00. The notice lists the name of the actual registered agent of the corporation and then provides that additional fees will be owing.

This notice is a SCAM!

Please DO NOT send CPS funds.

The notice to file your biennial report comes directly from the Iowa Secretary of State and is sent to your company's registered agent.

Just got back from Ohio for the National Association of Tax Professionals' TAXPOSIUM.
My first time attending and it was everything and more the people, the speakers, the teachers, the classes, it was so energizing, inspiring, relevant and exciting!
The best part, I left with a full heart. Met some amazing colleagues from all over the US. I’m Reminded of why I love this work and Inspired all over again! I can't wait to go again next year! 🤍
