Happy Birthday in heaven to you, Charles. He would have been 50 today. I can only think of him up there with mom, dad, Brian, Sam, and our twins, enjoying being free. Grace and I miss you down here and will spend the day honoring you. We love you and miss you dearly and miss celebrating you on your day.

As I finish getting everything prepared for Charles' memorial service tomorrow, it dawns on me that today is Brian's birthday. He would have been 60. It saddens me to think that him and Charles are both gone, both, way too soon. But in all these raw emotions, I try to imagine them in heaven ; no worries, no pain, just up there having a wonderful time with mom. I wish it wasn't true as this has been extremely difficult and although Charles and I divorced, we had made amends and there was peace and hope. So in all this sadness, that is far beyond measure, I remember all of our good times and know that he is with us in our hearts, always.

A memorial service for Charles is being held at Riverside Church Of God, Saturday March 11 at 2 pm. The address is 3470 Florance Rd. Powder Springs Ga 30127. Everyone is welcome.

I found out today that my late ex husband, Charles Barrett, was cremated Wednesday February 1, 2017. I wish I could have given him a proper send off but that decision was out of my hands. Please pray for his daughters as there are too many hands in the cookie jar and things don't seem to be adding up. I'm in the process of planning a memorial for Charles and will post a date and venue soon

Charles loved his children. Please say a prayer for his girls as they will face the hurt of not having him here in body. There are 2 brothers left, Ben Sammons, he's in terrible health living at a nursing home and Roy Barrett. Neither are affiliated with the tax business. In the last 10 years that family has lost Sam, the only sister, Mom, Brian, Charles Sr and now Charles Jr.

I'm sad to say that my ex husband, Charles Barrett Jr, the owner of Sammons Income Tax, passed on Saturday November 5th. ~ Angela Barrett
