⭐️Important Update: BOI Filing Requirements Suspended⭐️

In an unexpected turn of events, the Fifth Circuit Appeals Court issued a decision on December 26th that essentially reinstates a nationwide injunction on the Corporate Transparency Act (CTA) Beneficial Ownership Information Reporting (BOIR) requirements.

This decision reverses the previous ruling from just three days earlier, which had reinstated the filing requirements.

As a result, businesses nationwide are no longer required to file BOIR at this time. The adjusted deadline of January 13, 2025, is now “paused” and irrelevant while this legal matter remains unresolved.
