Does being a business owner wear you out? Do you ever consider "throwing in the towel" and getting a job? Good employees are a blessing and sometimes hard to find. Owners who switch direction can be some of the best employees; however, maybe you just need a new perspective? Bigger shovels, flexibility or whatever defines your "WHY" can cause added responsibilities and sometimes costs. Weigh out those costs realistically and see if maybe you were just looking at it all wrong and can count it as worth it. Being a business owner is not easy, but there is no comparison to the rewards when you find the balance.
