BOI - FinCEN update. It appears that a Texas Court has blocked the CTA. See the following news article. A reminder to those that have an entity, (LLC, S Corp, C Corp, Trust, Estate etc) created before 1/1/2024, you may be required to file a BOI report with FINCEN by the end of 2024. If you have an entity you registered and started in 2024, your deadline may have already passed. There are fines if your entity has not filed. See this link for more information.
