Last Wednesday, I had the opportunity to speak at the NAMC Houston Business Ready Capacity Workshop alongside a great group of professionals representing the legal, banking, insurance, and workforce development sides of the construction industry.
It was a great event with thoughtful discussions, good questions, and a room full of contractors who are focused on growing and strengthening their businesses.
I had the opportunity to share practical ideas on building the financial foundation that supports growth - from job profitability and cash flow to financial reporting and the systems that help businesses prepare for larger opportunities.
Thank you to NAMC Houston for the invitation and to everyone who attended, participated, and shared their experiences throughout the day. I enjoyed meeting so many business owners and industry professionals, and I appreciate the opportunity to be part of the workshop.
