Meet Nikki!

She has been part of our team since 2016 and is the reason everyone gets paid, rain or shine!

While payroll is her main focus, her day-to-day covers everything from client phone calls to bookkeeping. Her favorite part of the job? Connecting with clients and building lasting relationships.

Outside the office, you'll find her spending quality time with family and friends. She's a proud mom to her daughter and equally proud grandma to her grandson.
And whether she's in the office or out, you can find her with an iced vanilla latte in hand.

📌 Paper refund checks are being phased out. As part of a broader modernization effort, the IRS stopped issuing paper tax refund checks for most individual taxpayers after September 30, 2025 — meaning direct deposit and other electronic refunds are the new norm.
