Meet Michelle!

Michelle wears a lot of hats. She leads special projects like onboarding new bookkeeping clients, managing monthly sales tax for clients, and helping new clients who need multiple years of catching up.

Her favorite part of the job? The fast pace of tax season, interacting with clients, learning new things, and being part of a small business that makes a large impact on the community.

She keeps our books balanced and our clients organized, from reconciling checking accounts and credit card statements to matching up receipts and entering individual tax return info. She's the reason everything adds up!

Lorrie's favorite parts of the job are the bookkeeping itself, the office comradery, and getting to be involved in the community.

She has been part of our team since 2016 and is the reason everyone gets paid, rain or shine!

While payroll is her main focus, her day-to-day covers everything from client phone calls to bookkeeping. Her favorite part of the job? Connecting with clients and building lasting relationships.

Outside the office, you'll find her spending quality time with family and friends. She's a proud mom to her daughter and equally proud grandma to her grandson.
And whether she's in the office or out, you can find her with an iced vanilla latte in hand.

A proud UNC Charlotte alum, Mackenzie earned her degrees in Accounting & Finance plus her Master of Accountancy—and became a CPA in 2021. At Sisk, Greene & Associates, she’s the go-to for implementing new tech and helping the firm stay ahead of the curve.

She supports clients with bookkeeping, financial analysis, payroll, and QuickBooks consulting, and loves helping small business owners get organized and gain peace of mind.

📌 Paper refund checks are being phased out. As part of a broader modernization effort, the IRS stopped issuing paper tax refund checks for most individual taxpayers after September 30, 2025 — meaning direct deposit and other electronic refunds are the new norm.
