2025 Illinois Tax Amnesty

Do you have outstanding tax liabilities with the state of Illinois? If an eligible tax liability is paid in full October 1, 2025, through November 17, 2025, eligible penalties and interest will be waived.

FY 2026-01, 2025 Illinois Tax Delinquency Amnesty Act - The Illinois Tax Delinquency Amnesty Act provides the opportunity for taxpayers to pay outstanding eligible tax liabilities and to have eligible penalties and interest forgiven on taxes paid in full during the amnesty period.

Come see us at the Trunk or Treat Sunday

Don't forget to bring your food items to help Cram the Coffin at the Livingston Park Association's Trunk or Treat this Sunday (October 12) from 4-6 p.m. Those who bring items will get a chance to unlock the treasure chest for an an amazing prize! If you bring at least 2 of the Thanksgiving items listed (canned pumpkin, cranberries, canned yams, stuffing mix, instant mashed potatoes, turkey gravy and evaporated milk) you will get a second chance to unlock the treasure chest if your first attempt is unsuccessful.

All food collected will benefit the holiday baskets in the Livingston/Williamson community.
