We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to fill an Administrative Assistant position at our Perry Office, with a schedule tailored to accommodate a school schedule. The ideal candidate will work Monday through Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m with possible remote work opportunities on Thursdays and Fridays.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet customers and maintain a professional atmosphere
* Scan documents into our secure drive
* Collect signature forms from clients
* Manage payments and clear open invoices
* Perform office cleaning and maintenance
* File documents and maintain organization
Requirements:
* Eagerness to learn and grow
* Proficiency in technology, including computers, scanners, printers, Google Drive, email, Excel, and Word
* Self-motivation and initiative
* Previous administration office experience
* Tax and bookkeeping experience preferred
* Excellent organizational and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations
* QuickBooks Online experience preferred
