Lauren S. Thorson CPA, LLC

She obtained her accounting degree from Kent State University graduating Summa Cum Laude in 2011 and became a CPA the following year. Following graduation Lauren worked for an accounting firm in the Akron area doing individual and corporate tax planning and returns. She then opened her own practice in January 2018. Lauren previously served as a Trustee for the Cuyahoga Falls Schools Foundation, an

organization that supports the Cuyahoga Falls School System, Students, Alumni and Teachers. She also was a part of the formation committee for the Copley Community Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Chamber Board of Trustees. Lauren enjoys spending time with her husband Greg and rooting for the Cavs, Indians and Browns.
