She was an assistant to a Vice President of a prominent annuity company in Southern Califonia, that did accounting on paper. She taught the VP how to use a computer and in turn, they thought her how to do books via Quickbooks, a very new accou
nting software at the time. Nicole is a pro expert at Quickbooks, online and desktop. She is a master at Excel. She has worked with a multitude of small businesses: retail, medical, real estate, mortgage brokerages, internet startups, home builders, construction, independent contractors, home businesses, photographers, artists, etc. She has worked for companies all over the country from California to New York. She prides herself on doing books efficiently and well, in far less time than it takes other bookkeepers. She works with many high-level accountants that refer her work and will rarely take on on an outside company due to her high demand. However, she does take on new companies from time to time. Nicole owns a 5-acre homestead with her husband and three dogs. When she isn’t doing bookkeeping, she is tending to her 6000 sq garden, orchard, chickens, and turkeys. She is the President of her local Ladies Homestead Gathering Chapter. President of her local Thanksgiving Dinner To Those In Need chapter, and does many other charitable and community outreach programs.
