This is a special opportunity to step into a trusted role that has been thoughtfully shaped by a long-term team member who is retiring after nine years of dedicated service to our clients, professional partners, and team.

The Client Experience Coordinator is central to the warmth, professionalism, and care people feel when they interact with our firm. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, emotionally intelligent, service-hearted, and energized by creating a welcoming and polished experience for others.

This role is part host, part organizer, part problem-solver, and part culture-carrier. If you or someone you know would be a strong fit for this high-impact, relationship-centered role, we’d love to connect.

As the year comes to a close, this season invites us to slow down, reflect, and savor the moments that matter most. ✨

Our team has loved celebrating the holidays together and enjoying the festive spirit and time with one another. 🎄🥂 A special thank you to Fircrest Golf Club for the incredible service and experience that makes our annual client holiday open house something our clients truly look forward to each year. We’re also so grateful to Erina McLaren and her son Mason for sharing their amazing musical talents and providing live music that added warmth and something extra special to the evening. 🎶 Ocean5 made our team holiday party absolutely fun and effortless. 🎳🎉 Throughout our celebrations, we sure missed Tara, who is currently away on maternity leave - but thanks to the most adorable photos she’s shared of her precious family, we’ve been able to share in her joy from afar. 👶💙

With deep gratitude for what brings us together, we wish you and your loved ones a joyful and blessed holiday season. Our office will be closed from December 24th through January 2nd, reopening on January 5th, as our team takes some time to power down and recharge with their families. 🎁

Today, we’re celebrating 3 wonderful years with Tara!! 🎉

From her first day, Tara has brought excellence, care, and heart to everything she touches. She’s the steady hand behind so many of the details that keep our client services running smoothly and the kind of person who always makes things better for those around her.

As she steps into her next adventure and becomes a new Mom, we’re celebrating not only her professional achievements but the beautiful growth happening in her life beyond work.

🌟 We recently had the privilege of supporting two prominent non-profits in our community.

Our first stop was Sound Outreach's Sound of Progress Luncheon - this time as a presenting sponsor and long-time champions of the incredible work they do providing free financial coaching to asset limited, income constrained and employed individuals. We were deeply moved by the authenticity and vulnerability woven through every story shared on stage, especially from the three Sound Outreach clients who bravely opened their hearts about their struggles and triumphs. It was equally inspiring to celebrate a new chapter for the organization as Jennifer Morrison was officially announced as Executive Director. Having poured her heart and soul into Sound Outreach since 2018, Jennifer is more than ready to lead its next season of impact.

Next, our team joined the Emergency Food Network supporting their mission to deliver 20 million pounds of nutritious food in 2025. For several weeks, we collected food donations from our generous clients, then delivered them to the EFN warehouse and helped repackage bulk food into family-sized portions. Together, our clients donated 361 pounds of food, and our team repacked 1,650 pounds of rice - one scoop at a time!

At Seneschal Family Office, we believe in stewarding resources where they can change lives. Supporting our community is more than service; it’s an investment in dignity, hope, and lasting transformation. 💙

As we say goodbye to summer this week and welcome the crisp new season, we’ve been reflecting on the many meaningful moments we’ve shared in recent months with our clients, team, and partners. Time is sure flying by!💫

One special highlight was a women’s gathering we hosted for local clients navigating life after loss - through widowhood, divorce, or the ongoing challenges of caregiving. We spent the afternoon at Watson's Greenhouse and Nursery, creating beautiful terrariums and connecting over delicious food and drinks in their café. Watching these wonderful women laugh, share stories, exchange contact information, and even talk about starting a book club reminded us of the real magic in our work: creating space for connection, encouragement, and new beginnings. 🌱

We’re also grateful for the incredible team at Cheney Stadium, who helped us host a fun summer evening for the professional partners we collaborate with to serve our clients. Bringing together 40 colleagues to cheer on the wouldn’t have been possible without their dedication to premium hospitality. Time outside the office gives us a chance to connect as people - not just professionals - and deepen the relationships that make our work so impactful. ⚾

And once again, we had the pleasure of watching the Blue Angels from the water - an annual highlight made possible by Schwab. No matter how many times we attend, their spectacular performance never gets old.

As the days grow cooler and shorter, we look forward to the new pace this season brings. Here’s to a fall filled with growth, gratitude, giving and community. 🍂✨

Join us in celebrating our Associate Wealth Advisor, Chad! From day one, he’s brought dedication, heart, and thoughtful insight to all he does. Our clients adore him, our team admires him, and we all love when his sidekick Hugo (🐾) makes a surprise office appearance.

We’re so lucky and grateful to have Chad on our team. His presence and impact on those we serve is felt every single day. Fittingly, he’s out of the office today sharpening his skills at Dimensional Fund Advisors’ Applied Communications workshop in Seattle.
