Office birthdays mean cake, and we already had a very good reason to celebrate this week. 🎂

Happy Birthday to Jennie Allbritton Watson! She keeps this firm running with grace, patience, and a level of dedication that does not go unnoticed. When she is not holding everything together here, she is spending time with her family or creating custom shirts and handmade gifts for the people she loves. July is Disability Pride Month, and we want to take a moment to recognize it genuinely. A few weeks ago our team had the privilege of completing a Blind Friendly Business training with Lighthouse BigBend, and it genuinely stayed with us.

Learning how to better serve and welcome people with vision loss was not just a training. It was a reminder of what it actually means to be a space where everyone feels seen and cared for.
