I could go bankrupt behind this... but a deal is a deal. đ
After I hired my oldest son, Carter, to write our newsletter this summer, my youngest daughter Zoe kept asking when she was going to get a job.
I kept telling her, âWhen an opportunity presents itself, Iâll let you know.â
Well... yesterday she decided not to wait.
She walked up to me with a business proposal.
âDad, thereâs this trend going around. Iâll make you the video.â
I asked her, âHow much are you charging?â
Without missing a beat, she said, âPer likes.â
So now I apparently have an employee whose compensation depends on all of you. đ
The assignment?
âMy papa said come to The Oasis Firm.â
Five different moods. One determined little entrepreneur.
The funny part is, this wasnât really about the video.
She saw an opportunity where she had been told there wasnât one. She created value, proposed a deal, and made sure both of us could benefit.
Thatâs business.
The best opportunities arenât one-sided. Theyâre win-win.
So if someone tells you there isnât an opportunity...
Get creative.
There just might be one hiding in plain sight.
Help me avoid bankruptcy.

And if you actually need tax help...
Do what Zoe said.
Come to The Oasis Firm. đ
