The Summit Academy is next to a church and preschool. Today we partnered with them to unload half of a Semi truck worth of pumpkins! This was no small feat but our wolf pack helped to lighten the load for the other adult volunteers. Lending a hand and putting smiles on someone’s face is a great lesson for our students to learn. It’s not just about What you do, but HOW you do it! And while you’re at it, come visit the pumpkin patch at Wesley Memorial United Methodist church in Tampa and Bridges Preschool!

At The Summit Academy academics is our top priority. With our semester style calendar, our kids are being immersed in our many subject offerings including Biology, Chemistry, English, Government and more!

If you have a student who needs smaller classroom sizes, a close knit environment, and a chance to be immersed in their subjects this is the school for you! On top of our Christian standards, athletic specialty, and heart for serving, your student will gain the foundational knowledge they need to level up in their education!

Servanthood and Humility are two of our Summit Pack Principles. No-one is above serving. This week our students assisted a local organization by folding up their hundreds of shoe boxes. In November these shoe boxes will be filled with shoes, toys, and other items and given away free to children in need.

If you have a student that needs to learn the importance of serving others, The Summit Academy is the place to help them grow in these two traits of Humility and servant hood. The Bible says “The greatest among you must be a servant.” And we put the Bible into practice.

We’re not just here for knowledge or just basketball. We are here to serve! Our students have started the year off right by helping with community service initiatives such as the Pack A Sack program that provides food to underserved kids in local Hillsborough county schools. At summit academy character development is essential for our student athletes.
