Good morning!!

If your taxes are finished and have not been picked up, please do so as soon as possible to make room for others!

If we had questions please get back with us as soon as possible.

If we havenā€™t contacted you yet, our goal is to get you finished today or tomorrow.

If we cannot finish, an extension will be filed and we will let you know.

Yes, we know the deadline is approaching but as a reminder, Carol is just 8 weeks post op from open heart surgery & cannot work the hours she is used to. We are doing the best we can & appreciate all the support from everyone.

Good Evening! Just want to give a quick update and a few announcements..

Carol has her check up with her surgeon tomorrow so send her some prayers that everything is good and well!

APPOINTMENTS:
Unless we have talked or reached out to you, we are still not doing appointments at this time. If you are wanting an appointment, you can wait until later in April with an extension. If you have an appointment scheduled, please drop them off and we will get them done before the deadline since you already had an appointment setup.

DROP-OFFS:
We have an abundance of drop-offs at this time so starting next week, March 30th, you are still going to be able to drop off but you will likely be an extension. ļæ¼We apologize for any inconvenience, but Carol cannot work the hours she would normally during this time.

Good Afternoon!!
First, we just want to appreciate our customers for being so patient and helping us get through. We canā€™t thank you enough ā¤ļø
Second, Carol is home and recovering well! It will still be a slow process BUT we are still doing drop offs to clear any confusion. Although we may have to file extensions, our goal is to have things finish by April 15th.
If you have an appointment, you can drop them off or wait to reschedule at a later date.
If you have already dropped off, we are working on getting to you as quickly as possible.
Carolā€™s recovery is still first priority so we donā€™t want to rush anything, but our second priority is making sure we get done what we can for you guys.

Customers,

I know everyone is eager to get their taxes done as it is the peak of tax season. Carol had open heart surgery yesterday after a moderate heart attack that occurred. A double bypass that was successful. She is up today and doing well, dreaming about taxes šŸ¤¦šŸ¼ā€ā™€ļø. At this point in time, we are canceling all appointments. Dropoffs are optional to anyone who is wants to do so. Please be patient as her recovering smoothly is most important. She is hoping those who still choose to come will be okay with an extension so she isnā€™t rushed. If you would like your refund quickly and have already dropped off, please contact us as we understand and will be happy to return your papers. We are working on getting someone so kindly in here to help her get some of these returns finished but it will also be a process as it has just been Carol for 30 years. Mom & I are going to do the best we can with responding and getting back to everyone. We will for sure be in tomorrow (2/18) for anyone who would like to call or swing by.

Tax season is in full swing so we want to post a few updates!

~APPOINTMENTS~ aside from our farms & businesses, we are booked up until the last week of March. Please call asap if youā€™re wanting in

~DROPOFFS~ these are welcome & again encouraged! You can drop off in person anytime during business hours. We also have our dropbox out front thats available 24/7. (Attached what info Is needed)

~OVERTIME~ hopefully you have received a form from your employer or it is in box 14 on your w2. If not, please bring in your last pay stub from 2025 and we can go from there. As it is not mandatory for them to have this on there until 2026, it can be confusing. Please be patient with this as itā€™s new for everyone (including us)

Tax Season is approaching so we just wanted to post a few reminders/updates:
ā€¢If you havenā€™t picked up your return from this year (or previous years) itā€™s still here and ready for pickup! Please do so asap so we can have room for the upcoming year
ā€¢If you would like to make an appointment, please call as soon as possible as our book fills up quickly 812-547-3744 (our hours are still limited so if there is no answer, leave a message and we will call you back)
