Layers of an Onion

Someone once told me they would like me to tackle their finances one layer at a time. "Similar to an onion", he said, "peel back each layer until you get to the middle". So that is what I did and now I currently revolve my mission statement around the infamous onion. With my knowledge in various fields of accounting, I find it quite appealing to peel back those layers to get to

a perfect finished product. Some of you may be thinking there is no way to make your accounting perfect...to those of you with these thoughts I guarantee there are worse accounting puzzles out there. So to Mike Larson of Mike Larson Photography Inc, the original creator of the "onion theory", thank you!! You assisted me in creating a business model that is complete, from preparing tax returns to bookkeeping to consulting to payroll, layer after layer the accounting puzzle can be complete.
