New York employers who have an employee handbook must now include a notice outlining employees' rights and remedies under the law. Since the law does not offer any sample or suggested language, employers need to create their own notices that describe the protections set forth in the Reproductive Health Bias Law.

Employers with questions about New York State’s Reproductive Health Bias Law and its requirements – including the employee handbook notice requirement – should consult with their HR Professional.
