All payrolls need to be in the office before Wednesday 11/26/2025 at Noon to complete for the week.

We prefer Drop off's- you do not need an appointment to drop your taxes off.

Just PLEASE make sure you have all your documents. This will hold up completion of your tax return if all documents are not provided.

Please make sure that you do your BOI reporting before
January 1, 2025

Dear Clients,

Beginning January 1, 2024, many companies
(LLC - Sole Individual or Partnership), S-Corp and Corporations)
(If you question having to file one of these reports please go to the https://www.fincen.gov/boi-faqs ) will have to report information about their Beneficial owners to the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN). FinCEN is a bureau of the U.S. Dept of the Treasury. You will need to go to the website WWW.FINCEN.GOV/BOI and file your information about your business there. Or find an attorney to file this for your business. This is FREE to file online by yourself. Your attorney may charge you, their fees. Please do not pay for the letters coming in the mail. They are Fraudulent charging.

Snyder’s Accounting and Tax Service will not be processing these BOI reports under any circumstances. We will not do any updates to a BOI report that was filed previously. You will be solely responsible for this reporting and updating. We suggest contacting your business attorney that set up your LLC, S-Corp or Corporation. If this report is not filed online at www.fincen.gov/boi before January 1, 2025, you can be subjected to penalties from FinCEN. Snyder’s Accounting and Tax Service will not be responsible for those penalties.

Snyder’s Accounting and Tax cannot provide legal information that is needed in processing the BOI reports. Per our insurance company it is prohibited for us to give legal advice. We are Tax Accountants not legal consultants, attorneys or lawyers.

We are recommending dropping of your taxes.
Why? Safer and Less contact.
Typical turn around is 5-10 days pending on drop off time of season.
We are still making appointments. But Drop off is preferred.
