2025 Standard Mileage Rates Are Here! 🚗

Starting January 1, 2025, the IRS has updated the standard mileage rates for the use of a car, van, pickup, or panel truck:

✅ 70 cents per mile for business use (up 3 cents from 2024)
✅ 21 cents per mile for medical or moving purposes (unchanged)
✅ 14 cents per mile for charitable purposes (unchanged)

These rates apply to all types of vehicles, including fully-electric, hybrid, gasoline, and diesel-powered vehicles.

IR-2024-312, Dec. 19, 2024 — The Internal Revenue Service today announced that the optional standard mileage rate for automobiles driven for business will increase by 3 cents in 2025, while the mileage rates for vehicles used for other purposes will remain unchanged from 2024.

As we wrap up the month, RPB would like to thank Prevent Blindness Wisconsin for the opportunity to participate in their World Sight Month celebration 🤓! Our team divided into two groups and helped screen the vision of over 400 preschool and school-aged children at St. Anthony School Milwaukee. We’re grateful for the chance to make a difference together—thank you for a wonderful experience!

Our RPB team was honored to sponsor and attend the Milwaukee Diaper Mission's "Bridge the Gap" event last night aboard the Edelweiss Harbor Lady 🛥️! We enjoyed a scenic cruise through downtown Milwaukee along the river, connecting with others passionate about supporting children, families, and women experiencing diaper needs and period poverty. If you were driving through the city last night, you may have seen the Hoan Bridge lit up green in recognition of this incredible cause 🌉💚.

This past Sunday, we logged out of the office and hit a home run with our family day outing at the Lake Country DockHounds game! ⚾️ From cheering on the DockHounds to enjoying a delicious lunch, it was a perfect day filled with fun and camaraderie.
