Meet the Leadership Urbandale Class of 2025!

This unique group of 14 individuals will embark on a 9-month journey consisting of dynamic workshops, interactive discussions, and hands-on experiences, cultivating the confidence, vision, and influence necessary to inspire teams, drive innovation, and navigate complex challenges.

Born and raised in eastern Iowa, Daycen now works as an Associate Financial Planner with AO Wealth Advisory in Urbandale. After graduating from Iowa State University, he and his wife, Payton, moved to West Des Moines before embarking on the journey of home ownership with the recent purchase of a home in Clive. Daycen currently sits on the Urbandale Chamber's genYP Leadership Committee, serving young professionals in the area with professional development and civic engagement opportunities. In their free time, Daycen and his wife love to explore local eateries and coffee shops, as well as taking their Goldendoodle, Hazel, on adventures.
