Our office will be closed Monday May 25th in observance of Memorial Day. We thank each and every person who has made the ultimate sacrifice of serving our country and honor all of those who lost their lives keeping our freedoms and lives safe. If you own a business that is registered in the state of Arkansas with the Secretary of the State, your yearly Franchise Taxes are due by May 1 2026. We have made it to the end of another great tax season. All thanks to our amazing family of clients. Fran and Ashley will be taking a day of rest tomorrow, so the office will be closed. We will open Friday from 8am to noon and Monday from Noon until 2PM. Our off season hours will begin Tuesday April 21st, 8am to 2pm Monday through Thursday and 8am to Noon on Fridays.
