The extension deadline is fast approaching for corporate returns. If you filed an extension for your corporation, and have yet to file your return, all return information is due in the office no later than September 1st 2026. Fran will unfortunately have to be out of the office the week of September 15th for personal reasons. If the return information is not provided before September 1st, we can not guarantee that the return will be completed on time. If you still need to file your return, please bring in your information as soon as possible. If you have any questions, please give us a call at 479-279-0492. If you own a business that is registered in the state of Arkansas with the Secretary of the State, your yearly Franchise Taxes are due by May 1 2026.
