Today, we're celebrating a significant milestone: 35 years with Johnson Bixby.

It's a career journey that's spanned from administrative assistant to Owner, President and CEO.

Heidi Johnson Bixby joined the firm in an administrative role in 1991. Along the way, she earned her bachelor's degree and CFP® certification while continuing to grow her career, build the firm and eventually purchase it from the original owner in 2008.

Today, Heidi's vision and leadership continues to shape who we are, what we do and how we do it. Her commitment to financial empowerment, lifelong learning and putting clients first has helped create a firm where clients feel confident and cared for and team members are empowered to grow.
