Bluegrass Ladies Estate Sales and Services A real estate agent and an accountant join forces to help people de-clutter their houses for a variety of reasons.

If you need some help decluttering your house, sorting items because you're downsizing or someone precious to you being moved to assisted living, we can help. I'm a licensed real estate agent and my business partner is an accountant. We are not a franchise and we live here in the Bluegrass area. We do this part time and we do it because we want to help make your life less stressful. We will clear

out a house, hold an estate sale, take items to be donated and also make trips to the dump if necessary.

Estate sale on Saturday, Aug. 6 from 9 to 4 in North Point subdivision on the north east side of town! 249 Fairgrounds, Lexington, KY 40511. Household items, glassware, sleeper sofa, books, blacksmith tools, books, children's toys, swingset, ceramic statues, a kettle that used to be owned by one of the Hatfields of the Hatfield McCoys, a drill press, artwork prints, mounted fish, yes mounted fish! Also a Artistic Photoplate Creations heat press machine that puts photos on plates, mugs etc. Stop by and see what treasures you can find at this sale.

Judy and I would like to announce the launch of Bluegrass Ladies Estates Sales and Services (B.L.E.S.S.). As a real estate agent, I've noticed that quite a few people need help decluttering when they downsize or some assistance clearing out houses when a loved one moves into assisted living.
As using a franchise or a big company isn't always the solution, we hope that people will think of B.L.E.S.S. when they need a little bit of help.
We have our first estate sale coming up on Saturday, Aug. 6, in the North Point neighborhood. Details to follow tomorrow!
