No one is going to value yourself more than you do. Set an aspirational hourly rate and stick to it. It's ok to decide that you are worth more than the market might think you are worth right now. This is the kind of thinking that can lead to transformational growth in your ability to earn. You should be factoring your time into every decision you make. If your aspirational hourly rate is $100 and you are working on a task/project that doesn't yield you $100 you should be trying to find a way to delegate it. The market is going to pay you for the value you are creating. Decide on your aspirational hourly rate and work relentlessly on using your time to solve problems of that size. If you want to double or triple your salary we would suggest you get really clear on this principle and put it into action today!
