Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
A warm, friendly personality with a strong focus on making every client feel welcome
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Professional, patient, and approachable when interacting with clients
Organized and dependable
Comfortable answering phones, scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and assisting with daily office tasks
Previous office experience is a plus!
