Our offices will be closed on Thursday, April 16 and Friday, April 17 to give our staff much needed break after tax season. We will return to the office on Monday, April 21.

Our offices will be closed Thursday, 4/16 and Friday 4/17 to give our staff a much needed break after the income tax deadline. We will process payrolls as usual, but all other departments will be on vacation.

The April 15th income tax deadline is coming up quickly! Our offices are open until 4 pm today for your convenience. Next week Monday and Tuesday we will be open until 6 pm.

We need all completed returns signed by noon on Wednesday, 4/15. This will give our staff sufficient time to electronically transmit returns to the IRS and deal with any rejections before the deadline.

With the potential for blizzard conditions tomorrow morning, our offices may be closed for the safety of our staff and customers. While we will make every effort to have the office open for business as usual, that may not be possible. Please call before stopping in tomorrow so you don't waste a trip in dangerous conditions.

It's tax season!!

This week we will shift to our tax season hours of operation. Our office will be open 8:30 am to 6 pm Monday through Friday and 9 am to 1 pm on Saturdays. Our tax season hours will run through April 15.

As always, in if the weather is bad, please call before stopping in. For the safety of our staff we may close the office during periods of severe winter weather.

Please note that our hours have changed. We are now open 8:30 am until 5 pm, Monday through Friday. We will begin evening and Saturday hours in February.

The iVinton internet outage that has affected many homes and businesses in Vinton is affecting our office. While internet service has been restored to some iVinton customers, our service is still not functioning properly. We are unable to access email and phones consistently at this time. Please be patient as you try to reach us. For now email is the best option to contact us as most of our staff can access email via cellular internet connections.

Our offices will close at noon on Christmas Eve. We will be closed for Christmas and Friday, December 26. We will see everyone on Monday! Merry Christmas!

A note on holiday hours:

Thanksgiving:
Our offices will close at noon on Wednesday, November 26 and will remain closed Thursday, November 27 and Friday, November 28.

Christmas:
We will close at noon on Wednesday, December 24 and will be closed Thursday, December 25 and Friday, December 26.

New Year:
We will close at noon on Wednesday, December 31 and will be closed Thursday, January 1. We will be open from 9 a to noon on Friday January 2.
